From a young age, Jennifer believed that her body wasn’t good enough. Bombarded by societal messages about what she “should” look like to be considered healthy, she developed an eating disorder and an unhealthy relationship with exercise. Striving for unrealistic health standards left her feeling disconnected from her own body, but the urge to meet societal expectations kept her battling those struggles for many years.
Jennifer turned her personal challenges into a professional mission: to create a supportive, inclusive business where individuals of all sizes and backgrounds could thrive and believe that they are enough. She now works to support individuals in embracing their own unique journeys to well-being, free from judgment or comparison. Through a focus on inclusive, weight-neutral wellness, Jennifer empowers clients to redefine health on their own terms, promoting sustainable practices that honor both body and mind.

Jennifer’s background includes certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Size-Inclusive Fitness Specialist. She also holds a 200-Hour Yoga Instructor certification. She continues to expand her knowledge and expertise to ensure her clients receive the best, evidence-based support in their pursuit of sustainable behaviors to support their health.
